At Karlaidlaw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
